Premier takes great pride in serving the veteran and war widow community across Sydney, providing transport as part of the services offered by the Department of Veterans’ Affairs.

Premier regularly provides transport to veterans and war widows each day, and DVA work is a valuable source of income for Premier drivers.

Only the best Premier drivers are eligible to transport veterans and war widows on behalf of the DVA. To become a DVA Gold Driver you must:

• Have driven a taxi in Sydney for at least 6 months (in the last 12 months).
• Have an excellent customer service record as verified by RMS
• Complete the DVA Gold Driver training program that outlines the special care afforded to veterans and war widows when they travel in a Premier cab.
